This workshop is specially designed to provide non-financial professionals with a fundamental understanding of finance and accounting, and we believe it is essential for individuals looking to improve their financial literacy and make informed decisions in their professional lives.

Finance plays a crucial role in any business, and it is vital for executives to have a basic understanding of finance and accounting principles. This workshop will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to read and interpret financial statements, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively with financial professionals.
The workshop will be facilitated by experienced finance and accounting professionals who have extensive experience working with non-financial executives. Our facilitators, Mukonki Mukonkela, a highly qualified finance professional and Fellow member of both ACCA and ZICA, and Mr. Handson Goma, a highly experienced professional with over 23 years of expertise in training and development, will provide practical insights and real-world examples to help you better understand finance and accounting concepts.

The workshop will cover a range of topics, including financial statements, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. It is open to executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals who are not from a finance or accounting background. The workshop fee is K5,000 per participant, inclusive of workshop materials, meals, and refreshments.
